Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards in backroom
