The TJ Maxx team in Derby KS is seeking a dedicated retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an organized store environment, and support daily operations. You will ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, assist with stock and merchandising, and help sustain safety and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changing directions or situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow loss prevention standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and merchandising standards.
• Assist in stock prep and placement on sales floor and support store recovery as needed.
• Support safety, labor policies, and shrink-reduction initiatives.
