Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring associates process efficiently and effectively as a team.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by engaging customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Model exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for internal and external customers.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise movement to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
