Domino's in Marietta, GA is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store and lead a dynamic team. You will drive operations, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing costs, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to brand standards. Prior GM experience in fast-paced service is required; driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
