Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store in Atlanta. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and ensure profitability, food safety, and an inclusive, engaging environment for the team and customers.

The role requires managing operations procedures, recruiting and developing employees, and applying strong customer service skills while overseeing POS/ATS technology and store systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
