Domino’s is hiring an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in Georgia. You will lead staff, manage costs, ensure food safety, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires prior GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, strong operations knowledge, and the ability to recruit and develop a team. Full training and career growth are offered with an industry-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
