Job summary

Domino's Operating Partner/General Manager role overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store in Georgia. You provide leadership, supervise staff, and ensure profitability, food safety, and an engaging workplace environment.

You will manage costs, recruit and develop team members, maintain customer service excellence, and drive continuous improvement while utilizing store technology to troubleshoot and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
