Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store setting.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to meet visual standards.
• Strong focus on floorset execution and replenishment.
• Proven track record in driving sales and guest experience.
• Understanding of store KPIs and merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty, analyzing trends to guide decisions.
• You coach the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience per brand standards.
• You recruit, hire and train talent to meet business needs.
• You provide ongoing feedback through coaching and performance reviews.
• You ensure daily merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual standards.
