Job summary

AEO's Aerie brand is hiring a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at the North Georgia Premium Outlets location. You will serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to on developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training your team to deliver on-brand visuals, and ensuring the guest-ready store.

You will drive sales as a Leader on Duty, coach for great floorset execution, oversee replenishment, and recruit and develop talent while maintaining safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• You have experience driving store sales and leading a team to achieve KPI goals.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff to meet brand visual standards.
• Strong merchandising sense with a focus on floor sets and replenishment.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyze trends and implement action plans to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store visuals reflect AEO Brand Standards and manage day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values and hold them accountable to customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and train/develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct development plans and reviews to drive associate engagement and performance.
