Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and obligation to maintain COMPANY fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Merchandiser routes.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and assets daily.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and displays.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers/racks to standards.
• Organize breakage and out-of-date product disposal.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide great service.
• Sell and execute at customer relations, training and development while maintaining professionalism with store management.
• Coordinate day-to-day selling and merchandising to company standards.
• Communicate opportunities to appropriate team members.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
