Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative in Michigan to keep shelves stocked and displays customer-ready on a 7:00am–3:00pm day shift. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, up to $18.00 per hour based on experience, with weekday and weekend availability required.

You will work hands-on in-store, support merchandising and store operations, greet customers, and collaborate with store leaders to ensure a high-quality shopping environment across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
