Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set up and rotate product displays, and support in-store merchandising across multiple stores in the region. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and collaborate with store leaders to complete daily priorities.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a full-time night shift (8:00pm–5:00am) with regional travel as needed. Training and a people-first culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region.
• Depending on the specific position, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a Department of Motor Vehicles check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
