Job summary

The role combines leadership with hands-on operations including inventory control, planogram integrity, pricing, and vendor coordination, while promoting service, quality and neighborhood partnerships. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications used in store operations.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 180 days of placement.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower store teams to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, pricing, receiving, and expenses for the department.
• Coach department managers on KPIs, stocking, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation codes.
