Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong planning and inventory control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) and accurate replenishment.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and price changes.
