You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and ability to lead SOPs, store operations, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and company programs.
• Experience with inventory control and planogram execution.
• Strong workload planning and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and Company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and a customer-ready environment.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute promotional sets, pricing changes and signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
