The TJX Companies, Inc. in Macedonia OH is hiring for a retail role focused on receiving and merchandising standards. You’ll interact with customers, support a clean and organized store, and coach Associates to follow established procedures while helping drive sales and operational efficiency.

Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required; candidates should be ready to train others and work as part of a diverse, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping store clean and organized.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandisable items onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
