• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Keeps merchandise properly tagged, hung, and displayed.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Ensures safety, compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Collaborates with management to address priorities and updates.
