Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor team productivity and provide guidance to meet store goals.
• Maintain backroom organization and observe safety and loss-prevention practices.
