Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Knox-Turkey Creek, TN store. You will drive merchandising execution, inventory routines, and visual standards while ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotions to create a customer-ready environment.

You will provide MOD coverage, lead planogram execution, and maintain in-stock levels. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong workload planning, and team development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail leadership or store operations management.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership to ensure service standards and continuity.
• Lead truck execution, stock movement, pricing, promotions, and ship-from-store fulfillment to meet sales goals.
• Oversee inventory control, in-stock accuracy, and backroom organization; maintain pricing integrity across systems.
• Train and coach team members, partner with leadership to align staffing with business needs.
