Responsibilities

• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Execute in-stock routines, replenishment, and pricing changes.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
