Job summary

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure compliant store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and drive service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor flow.
• Plan workload and staffing with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure backroom organization and sales floor readiness.
• Manage inventory accuracy, damage procedures, and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members; promote asset protection practices.
