Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Hingham, MA to develop and implement merchandising strategy for the store, train and coach the team, and ensure the store is guest ready with flawless floorset execution. You will lead brand-standard merchandising and maintain replenishment to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will drive sales as Leader on Duty, coach on replenishment, and ensure visual standards across zones while upholding safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to meet brand standards.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, floorset execution, and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• As a key Leader on Duty, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and inventory management to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop team to uphold AEO customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to maintain adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback, conduct performance reviews, and drive associate engagement.
