L.L.Bean's Stonefield Retail Store in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Year-round/Full-time Store Team Leader of Merchandising to drive compelling merchandise presentations and sales growth. You will lead floor sets, analyze trends, and coordinate with Operations to ensure efficient replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Plans maps and executes floor sets by translating Trail Guide and floor sets into merchandise presentations.
• Analyzes reports and uses business acumen to drive sales.
• Completes and supports visual display and windows execution.
• Leads operations to plan floor sets and replenishment.
• Executes marketing signage and promotions.
• Executes markdowns and merchandise recovery.
• Models and fosters service as the top priority to drive sales and loyalty.
• Acts as a Leader on Duty to drive conversion and sales.
• Analyzes trends and builds actions to enhance customer loyalty and service metrics.
• Implements recognition programs and reviews forward-looking business events.
• Develops activations to drive sales results and ensures full sales floor and appropriate sizes.
• Ensures fitting room service drives conversion and UPT.
• Supports and trains associates, communicates standards and processes.
• Delivers product training to new hires and ongoing GUIDE training.
• Maintains employee communication and models inclusive hiring practices.
• Fosters an inclusive work environment and collaboration across differences.
• Manages expense control and staffing plans in coordination with leadership.
