At Home Group Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Merchandising to support the Store Manager in leading merchandising, store conditioning, and team functions within a large-format At Home store.

The role drives store performance by executing merchandising strategies that maximize sales, ensure in-stock conditions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers and Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Experience leading 20+ team members and $5M+ annual revenue or budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with HRIS and workforce scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing merchandising and operations.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent; build internal bench strength.
• Coach and train teams to improve performance and growth.
• Plan staffing to labor model, schedule, and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee signage, merchandising transitions, and store cleanliness.
• Lead customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
