Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering compelling in-store experiences through floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will coach, develop and supervise team members, ensure adherence to brand standards, and collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to adapt displays based on selling needs and seasonal changes.

Strong communication, leadership experience in retail, and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and price changes.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling.
• Coach and train associates to brand standards.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage duties as leader on duty.
