Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering excellent customer service through effective selling floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise associates while executing merchandising processes to brand standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining presentation, replenishing stock, training staff, and partnering with the Operations team on product intake to ensure efficient execution and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Keep adequate stock on the floor and remerchandise to reflect sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising direction to brand standards.
• Perform pricing activities with accurate sign changes and ticketing procedures.
