• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment with strong workload planning.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage store in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership during shifts.
• Drive Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processing with proper inventory adjustments.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
