Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and support various in-store merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor & Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
