Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service. You will assemble merchandise and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and support store operations.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and excellent communication with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
