Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring a Merchandiser - Sales Large Store Relief to maintain professional rapport with customers and execute merchandising duties. You will rotate and replenish products in various outlets, ensuring stock integrity and compliant displays while partnering with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and flexibility for a rotating schedule within the assigned geography. Previous merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum age 18; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle as required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and travel within assigned area.
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional rapport with customers through face-to-face selling and merchandising.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets, including displays and racks.
• Keep product integrity, neat stacking, backstock, and clean coolers in compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute store plans and programs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
