Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Experience in merchandising and inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and pricing accuracy.
Lead workload planning, task prioritization, and staff coverage to meet business needs.
Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization, planogram execution, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
Close the store as part of supervisory responsibilities.
