Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and company programs.
• Experience with truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Strong pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and inventory flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee workload planning, staffing alignment, and daily task prioritization.
• Maintain in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization, stock movement, and customer-ready environment.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage for compliance.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
