Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach staff to meet SOPs and company standards.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and program compliance.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and ensure timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to support in-stock levels.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink reduction, and proper stock movement.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
