About the Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize performance and profits.

A Day in the Life

• Customer Sales & Profit: Managing the total omni customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards, representing the brand positively, analyzing sales and budgets, and promoting loyalty and sustainability initiatives.
• Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keeping up with fashion trends, ensuring your team provides product knowledge, and understanding the local customer base and competition.
• Team & Development: Talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, team communication, and ensuring procedures and legal requirements are followed.
• Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Maintaining store cleanliness, product presentation, stock levels, store routines, and in-store technology.
