About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the total holistic omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on performance, and create plans to optimize results and profits.

A Day in the Life

1. Customer Sales & Profit
2. Ensuring the total OMNI customer experience, visual and commercial presentation, and team engagement in sales activities.
3. Representing the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
4. Analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
5. Providing personal customer service and guiding customers through fashion stories.
6. Promoting our Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
7. Managing store routines, maintenance, and admin routines efficiently.

2. Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, and competitors.
3. Ensuring team provides product knowledge and fashion insights during customer interactions.
