Position Summary
The Store Manager provides overall leadership and oversight of retail store operations, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, developing staff, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, ensuring policy compliance, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
