AKIRA is seeking a Store Manager in Des Peres, MO who will lead a high-energy sales team and drive performance in a fast-fashion environment. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and visual presentation that aligns with AKIRA standards.

You will own daily store operations, manage inventory, and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets while upholding AKIRA's policies and culture.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, and lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on the needs of the role

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
