AKIRA is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, maintain store standards, and push toward aggressive sales goals with a hands-on, owner-like leadership style.

You will uphold AKIRA's policies, foster teamwork, optimize visual merchandising, and deliver feedback to continually enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and direct employees effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising and customer service.
• Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment and be hands-on.

Store Sales Manager

Physical Requirements

• Move product, supplies and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
