Job summary

AKIRA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, train, and develop talent while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to AKIRA standards.

As a Store Manager, you will drive sales, manage store operations, and maintain visual merchandising excellence, embodying AKIRA's ownership mindset and 4 Principles in daily leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store management
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.

• At least one year of experience in retail management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of visual merchandising and superior customer service practices.
• Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, retail systems, and budget preparation.
• The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, where a hands-on approach drives success.
• A collaborative mindset fosters strong and sustainable relationships with employees and managers.

Physical Requirements

• Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, and lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on the needs of the role
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
