Job summary

LOFT in Des Peres, MO is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to embody the LOFT brand on the sales floor. You will greet customers, offer personalized styling, keep merchandise neatly organized, and support an inviting shopping environment.

This role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to use POS technology. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with roughly 2+ shifts per week.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

Hourly rate: $15 per hour

Seeking part-time associate to work 2+ shifts a week. Must have availability to work Saturday and Sunday.
