Job summary

LOFT in Des Peres, MO is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping using personalized styling. You’ll keep the floor beautiful and organized while collaborating on memorable experiences across our brands.

Role requires hospitality mindset, customer-focused approach, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly rate is $15 with 2+ shifts weekly, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
