LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Leawood, KS store to support the customer experience, lead the sales floor, and shape a strong store culture with the team.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to drive results. You’ll leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience and assist in recruiting and developing talent while delivering outstanding service.
