Job summary

Venchi is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Venice, CA location to lead a retail team, drive sales, and uphold the Venchi Service Model while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will monitor KPIs, manage schedules and inventory, and coach staff to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and passion for chocolate and gelato are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managing a team in a retail environment.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to utilize MS Office Suite programs.
• Food & beverage or retail experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation.
• Provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.
• Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi Service Model.
• Communicate to ensure employees have resources needed to be successful.
• Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory) to reach company goals.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.
• Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of managing team in a retail environment
• Minimum of High School or GED.
• Ability to utilize MS Office Suite Programs.
• Food & beverage or retail experience required, both preferred.
• Successfully lead the store team in day-to-day operations, while sharing your passion for our brand.
• Result-oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines.
• Problem solving and decision-making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Fosters a work environment of growth and development
• Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
