Venchi, a global leader in chocolate and gelato, is seeking a Store Manager for our Venice, CA location. You will lead a team, drive sales, maintain quality standards, and uphold Venchi Service Model in a fast-growing retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail management, HS diploma, and excellent MS Office skills. Fluency in English is required; bilingual is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and annual bonus are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation.
Consistently provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.
Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi Service Model.
Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful.
Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) to reach company goals.
Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.
Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of managing team in a retail environment
Minimum of High School or GED.
Ability to utilize MS Office Suite Programs.
Food & beverage or retail experience required, both preferred.
Successfully lead the store team in day-to-day operations, while sharing your passion for our brand.
Result-oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines.
Problem solving and decision-making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and within a team.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
Fosters a work environment of growth and development
Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
