Roses Discount Stor in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a Store Manager responsible for operating the store at maximum sales and profit in line with company policies. You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operations to deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage inventory, payroll budgets, and safety compliance, while reporting to the District Manager and coordinating with senior leadership to drive growth and shrink control in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in store management is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong planning, coaching, analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
• Manage and supervise store operations, payroll budgeting, and inventory control.
• Train and supervise staff, including an Assistant Manager, with District Manager approval.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and procedures.
• Report issues and opportunities to the District Manager and, when needed, Regional leadership.
