Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk 7+ hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring staff.
• Schedule and assign employees and follow up on results.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements.
• Keep store clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handle banking responsibilities.
