Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring expenses such as labor and cost of sales.
• Maintain store compliance with all legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and banking responsibilities.
