Responsibilities:
- Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead “one-box” (full store operations across front-end and pharmacy).
- Complete the accelerated development track to Store Manager as outlined in the learning plan.
- Assist and shadow the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
Training & Personal Development:
- Complete a rigorous, accelerated program with all necessary certifications.
- Participate in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, including rotations in other stores.
- Engage in development plans and professional growth activities.
Customer Experience:
- Engage customers, resolve complaints, and model customer service best practices.
- Support in monitoring service quality and implementing improvements.
Operations:
- Supervise store operations, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with laws and policies.
- Ensure safety and asset protection measures are followed.
Business Performance Management:
- Analyze store data, develop improvement plans, and identify sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
- Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and accept transfers or assignments as needed.
- PTCB Certification (if applicable).
