Palm Beach Tan - Loveland - North Garfield is seeking a store leadership role to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This position includes a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics and a starting pay of $18 per hour plus commission.

You will lead store staff, hire and develop employees, and ensure a positive environment for customers while meeting operational and safety requirements. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
