Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, organized and maintained to company standards.
• Maintain professional relations with staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct timely employee appraisals.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper merchandising, pricing and display.
